    Peel and cut carrot and courgette into thin strips of about 10 cm long. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half; Grate in the lemon zest, olive oil and season with salt and black pepper and mix. Set aside. Skin the salmon fillet. Wash and dry with kitchen paper and put aside. salmon4
