原只牛油果烤鸡蛋 | Avocado Baked Eggs

牛油果对半切开后去核,在核位置用勺子挖出一点牛油果(注意:不要挖太多,否则牛油果会过软失去重心,放入鸡蛋时蛋液很容易溢出),放在一只可放进烤箱的容器。在一只碗中打蛋,将蛋白滤出,蛋黄留在蛋壳上并先放牛油果,再用蛋壳逐点加入蛋白,至填满即可。放进烤箱(200C)烤15-20分钟直至鸡蛋达到自己喜欢的熟度。享用时撒上小量韭菜或者葱碎。

Scoop out approximately half of the avocado flesh to make the hole where?the seed was larger. Separate out the egg yolk from the egg white. Place the egg yolk in the hole in the avocado. Spoon the egg white around the yolk till the hole is filled up to the level of the avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 15 -20 minutes until the egg white is cooked through. Sprinkle each avocado half with chives.
