做法|Instructions

吐司擦上黄油烤3-5分钟;牛油果去皮去核后,用勺子或者叉子挖出果肉。在一只大碗中将牛油果压成泥状,加入适量柠檬汁,欧芹碎,盐和黑椒调味后铺一层在吐司上;煮一只水波蛋,放在牛油果泥上,现磨适量黑椒即可。

Butter the toast and then toast for 3-5 mins; Remove the flesh from the avocado and then mash into a paste, add in the lemon juice, chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper, then spread on top of the toast; at the end, put a poached egg on top.
