The Caesar salad is so called “the salad king”。 It have been invented by Casear Cardini, an Italian restaurateur who had restaurants in Mexico and the United States. It is a simple salad made with romaine lettuce and croutons, and dressed with a dressing made from Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovies and mayonnaise.

  • 烹饪鸡胸肉|Cook chicken breast:
    鸡胸肉淋上橄榄油,撒上盐和黑椒后用手按摩一下使调料均匀覆盖鸡胸肉;中火,平底锅放小量油,油热后放入鸡胸肉上色,直至两面金黄;中火转小火,加入蒜头和黄油,黄油融化后就可以将鸡胸肉,连同黄油汁水,放到铺有鲜百里香和牛至的碗中(碗必须支持烤箱烹饪);放进烤箱(200C)烤15分钟。鸡胸肉烤好后切成薄片。
    Cook the chicken: season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper and rub in. Flatten out the chicken breast and put in a medium hot frying pan and cook for 2 minutes each side. Turn the heat down and add a crushed clove of garlic and a tablepsoon of butter. Cook for a minute and spoon the butter over the chicken. Heat up oven to 200 C. Put a variety of herbs (thyme and oregano) in the base of an ovenproof dish. Place the chicken on top of the herbs and pour over the contents of the frying pan. Put in oven for 10 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Take the chicken out and thinly slice diagonally at an angle. caesar3 caesar4 caesar5
