It is often secured by skewers and cut into quarters before serving.

  • 处理无需烹饪的食材|Prepare ingredients that require no cooking
    番茄洗净切6片薄片,放一边备用;生菜洗净,去两片大小适合的叶,放一边备用。
    Wash the tomato and cut into 6 thin slices, then set aside to use later; wash the lettuce and take appropriately sized leaves, set aside to use later.

  • 烹饪鸡胸肉|Cook the chicken breast
    预热烤箱180C/350F|Preheat the oven (180C/350F)
    鸡胸肉放入约1汤匙的橄榄油,适量盐和现磨黑椒调味(可用手按摩一下,让调味料均匀覆盖鸡肉)。
    Season the chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper (can massage with hands letting the seasoning evenly cover the chicken).
    中火,预热不粘平底锅;锅热后放进鸡胸肉,煎至两面金黄即可,不必煎熟(每面约煎2分钟);加入黄油和蒜头待黄油融化后即可关火。
    Over medium heat, heat up a pan; when the pan is hot enough, put in the chicken and colour two sides until golden brown, about 2 mins for each sides (do not need to cook thoroughly in the pan); Put in the butter and garlic until the butter melt.
    准备一只可放烤箱的大碗,在碗底铺上香草(混合新鲜迷迭香,百里香,牛至,如果没有鲜香草,用干香草代替也可以);将煎好的鸡胸肉连同平底锅里的黄油汁水放在香草上, 然后放进烤箱。
    Prepare a big bowl, suitable for the oven. Lay herbs ( fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, can use dry herbs if no fresh herbs); put the fried chicken on the top, together with the juice and then put into the oven.

  • 煎鸡蛋|Fry the eggs
    小火,在干净的平底锅中放入小量油,油热后放入鸡蛋,蛋白凝固后即可翻转煎另外一面,最后撒上适量盐和黑椒调味。煎蛋时间看个人喜好,我个人喜欢蛋黄半生熟,这样三明治会带蛋浆,不会那么干。鸡蛋煎好后剩起备用。
    Over low heat, put a little bit oil in the clean pan, when the oil is hot, crack two eggs and fry the eggs until your personal preference. I think an egg with the runny yolk will help sandwich taste not so dry, so i suggest to leave the egg yolk runny.
    煎鸡蛋|Fry the eggs
    小火,在干净的平底锅中放入小量油,油热后放入鸡蛋,蛋白凝固后即可翻转煎另外一面,最后撒上适量盐和黑椒调味。煎蛋时间看个人喜好,我个人喜欢蛋黄半生熟,这样三明治会带蛋浆,不会那么干。鸡蛋煎好后剩起备用。
    Over low heat, put a little bit oil in the clean pan, when the oil is hot, crack two eggs and fry the eggs until your personal preference. I think an egg with the runny yolk will help sandwich taste not so dry, so i suggest to leave the egg yolk runny.
  • 组装三明治|Assemble the sandwich
    6块面包片上面铺的东西都有所不同,跟着我下面的步骤就不会混乱了:)
    The topping of the bread slices are different, follow my steps and you won't get confused:
    首先,在所有面包片上涂一层蛋黄酱;将2块涂有蛋黄酱的面包片放一边,留在最后盖上,也就是说,这两片面包片是不用铺其它食材的。
    First of all, put a layer of mayo on top of each bread slice; and then set two slices to use for the topping later. This means we are not going to put any other toppings on these two slices.
    然后,剩余4片面包片,其中2片依次铺上:芝士片,烟肉,培根,煎蛋;剩余2片依次铺上:芝士片,烟肉,鸡肉片,生菜叶,番茄片。
    And then, put topping on the rest of the 4 slices. Two of them need to put topping on respectively as: cheese slices, ham, bacon, fried egg; the other two slices put the following ingredients on respectively: cheese slices, ham, chicken slices, lettuce and tomato slices.
    最后,将有番茄的面包片搭在有鸡蛋的面包片上,最后盖上只有蛋黄酱的面包片就完成了。
    Finally, put all together:putting the bread slices with the chicken on top of the bread slices with the ham and eggs and then put the remaining two slices that just have mayo on then on top (with the mayo on the bottom side next to the other ingredients).
    组装三明治|Assemble the sandwich

    Finally, put all together:putting the bread slices with the chicken on top of the bread slices with the ham and eggs and then put the remaining two slices that just have mayo on then on top (with the mayo on the bottom side next to the other ingredients).
  • 用竹签固定并切开|Secure with skewers and cut out
    三明治4边每边取中点,插上竹签/牙签固定三明治,然后用面包刀对角切开成4等份。
    Put one skewer in the middle of each side of the sandwich. That means each sandwich requires 4 skewers to secure. After that, cut diagonally.
