早起15分钟就能打开一天好心情!How? 很简单,做一个美味的早餐吧。而且,15分钟能做的不单单是吐司!以下3款早餐不一定最健康的,但真的快手味美,赶巴士,赶地铁,各种赶的上班族快学起来!

鸡蛋麦芬|Egg muffins

材料|Ingredients

鸡蛋|egg……6只

菠菜叶|spinach……根据个人喜好取适量|personal preference amount

培根/香肠|bacon/sausage……2-3片培根或|2-3 slices or 100g sausage

樱桃番茄|cherry tomato……约10个|about 10

彩椒|sweet pepper……1只

车达芝士/自己喜欢的芝士|cheddar cheese……100克|g

发酵粉|baking powder……半茶匙|1/2 teaspoon

做法|Instructions



1)

将菠菜叶剁碎,番茄,彩椒切粒后混在一起;培根切粒后另外放开。

2)

中火,平底锅上放小许油,锅热后放入培根,炒3分钟至香脆;将培根一并放进蔬菜中,搅拌均匀。

材料|Ingredients

全麦吐司|whole grain toast…… 3片|pieces

椰奶|coconut milk……3汤匙|about 3 tablespoons

椰粒|desiccated coconut flake……1茶匙| teaspoon

鸡蛋|egg……3只

肉桂粉|cinnamon……1/2茶匙|teaspoon

水果|fruit……根据个人喜好取量|personal preference amount

做法|Instructions


1)

鸡蛋打匀;加入椰奶和肉桂粉后搅拌均匀。

Beat the eggs in a big bowl; add coconut milk and cinnamon; stir well.

2)

中火,平底锅中放小许油,油热后转小火;将一片全麦面包放进蛋液中充分浸泡后放进锅;多次翻转吐司,煎至两面呈浅棕色(每面各煎约2分钟)。用同样的方法煎另外两片。

Over medium heat, add a little bit oil to a pan; when the oil is getting hot, turn to low heat; soak a slice of bread in the egg mixture and then put it into the pan. Turn around the bread a few times until it is getting light brown (each side about 2 mins). Do the same way for another two slices.

吐司煎好后,搭配自己喜欢的水果;在吐司表面撒上适量椰蓉粒,喜欢的话可以淋上小量糖浆。

菠菜芝士玉米粉饼|Quesadilla


2人分量|Serve 2 persons

材料|Ingredients

玉米粉皮|flour tortilla…… 2片|pieces

菠菜叶|spinach……适量|some

车达芝士(磨碎)|grated cheddar cheese……150克|g

做法|Instructions


1)

小火,平底锅中放小许油;油热后放玉米粉皮,撒上芝士碎(足够覆盖整块粉皮),芝士上放上菠菜,盖上另外一片粉皮。

2)

用勺子轻压表面,尽量压平表面。约2分钟后(粉皮煎脆)翻转,用同样的方法煎另外一面。

PS: 按压表面时,融化的芝士会向外流,此时用勺子按压边缘,让两块饼皮粘合在一起。
